To register and use betbro, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on every occasion that you access the platform:
Age Verification: BetBro operates a strict 18+ policy. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence) at any stage. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.
Each player may hold exactly one betbro account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When creating your betbro account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betbro account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. BetBro will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betbro support immediately at support@betbro.biz.
BetBro operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may require you to submit identity documents (CNIC), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe of being asked may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until the process is completed.
All financial transactions at betbro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetBro supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
The minimum deposit at betbro is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your betbro wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. BetBro does not charge any platform fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the player's responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal at betbro is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit wherever possible. BetBro does not charge any platform fee on withdrawals. You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you using your own verified payment methods.
Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback on a betbro deposit, or to exploit payment methods dishonestly, will result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion from betbro, and reporting to relevant fraud prevention authorities. Any disputed transactions will be investigated fully before any funds are released.
All betbro deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion, no hidden charges.

All bets placed on betbro are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game involved. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the relevant rules and accept the outcome as final.
BetBro reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where betbro has reasonable grounds to believe a bet has been placed as part of a coordinated pattern to exploit technical errors, bonus structures, or market pricing anomalies.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the betbro interface at the time of bet placement. BetBro may adjust these limits at any time. Players who are found to be consistently placing maximum bets with an unusually high success rate may have their individual limits adjusted by betbro.
In the event of a technical error, mis-priced odds, or system fault at betbro, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes. BetBro's decision on such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in cases of technical error.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours, clear pricing errors, or duplicate bet placement. When a bet is voided by betbro, the stake is returned to your wallet in full.
BetBro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the betbro platform. Casino and live game results are determined by certified systems and are final.
All casino games at betbro use certified random number generation (RNG) audited by independent third parties. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional croupiers in regulated studio environments. Crash games use provably fair cryptographic seed systems. BetBro does not manipulate game outcomes.
If your connection drops during a live game or crash game round at betbro, any active bets will be settled according to the round result that occurred. Auto-cashout settings, where active, will execute server-side regardless of your connection status. BetBro accepts no liability for losses resulting from connection interruptions caused by your device or internet service provider.

We collect data including your name, CNIC number, contact details, payment information, betting history and device/IP information for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. BetBro does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All content on the betbro platform — including logos, branding, graphics, software, game interfaces, text and data — is the intellectual property of BetBro or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any betbro content without prior written permission from betbro. The betbro name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betbro's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any bet placed shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their betbro account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. BetBro will communicate the reason for suspension to the player where legally permissible and will provide a fair opportunity to respond before a final decision is made. Real-money balances found to be legitimately owned will be returned following investigation.
A player may also voluntarily close their betbro account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method.
BetBro may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, payment methods, or operational policies. When material changes are made, betbro will notify players via email and/or a notice displayed on the betbro platform at least 7 days before the changes come into effect.
Your continued use of betbro after the updated Terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using betbro and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance before the changes take effect.
